India:

International:
Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on the destination country, customs processing, and courier services.

Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

BYEL is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding shipment issues; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist when possible.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
